We advise having a recent (within the last 3 months) dental check up to determine the health of your teeth prior to starting whitening treatment, and to identify possible treatable causes of the discoloration, if it is deemed more than just cosmetic. This can help you keep your teeth white longer if you can avoid the sources of discoloration. In addition, if you have any problems with your teeth such as cavities, you should have these repaired prior to teeth whitening to prevent complications and problems.

Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When appointments are cancelled, rescheduled late, or missed without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering the time to other clients on our waiting list.
Therefore, a 50% charge of the service fee will apply in the case of cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for no-shows (*please note if the cost of your service is £70 or less a 100% charge will apply).
Review appointments provided as part of your treatment package are complimentary; however, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or failure to attend a scheduled review appointment will incur a £25 non-attendance fee.
