My name is Melissa and I am delighted to be a part of the team here at Skin Southwest as your Head Receptionist.
I would describe myself as a positive and proactive individual with a successful, comprehensive experience within both the leisure & tourism industry and the luxury fashion industry. Before joining the team here, I worked for Haven, the UK holiday park operator in a range of roles including Event Management, Guest Experience and Operations Support. Prior to my role at Haven, I held the role of Assistant Manager within the Exeter branch of Karen Millen.
I am highly self-motivated and eager to gain new skills and experiences. As you are aware, Skin Southwest is known for its excellent service, attention to detail and high patient satisfaction to which I am fully committed to, in ensuring that you receive only the very best experience when visiting our clinic.
You will find that I will be your first port of call for booking and rescheduling your appointments, checking in with you post-treatment, answering your questions and overall enjoying a good conversation with you both pre and post treatment.
