Terms & Conditions

• Funds added to your plan can only be used towards treatments and services in-clinic and are non-refundable.
• Complimentary/reward treatments must be used within the same calendar year (Jan–Dec) and cannot be carried over or exchanged.
• We reserve the right to change and/or update plan benefits, pricing, or terms at any time.
• Membership is non-transferable, and benefits require all payments to be up to date.
• Membership is for an initial minimum period of six months, after this you may give notice of cancelling the membership at any time with one month’s notice.
• Cancelling your plan will not refund any contributed funds; unused rewards are forfeited.
• All treatments are subject to practitioner and appointment availability.
• Abuse or misuse of the plan may result in suspension or termination.
